Damaged Goods

In addition, there is a cooling-off period before your order status is changed to "Processing." This gives you a short window to cancel or make changes to your order. Once your order status is marked as "Processing," we may no longer be able to cancel or amend it.
Returns for Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, we do accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their unused, resellable condition with original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g: incorrect item sent).
