These are made with air drying clay and are approximately 8cm, they come on jute string with a piece of red ribbon. They are made to order so please allow up to 2 weeks processing. These are not suitable for outdoor use and should be kept away from water and extreme temperatures.
2 styles to choose from star and tree. As an example – Mr. Duignan would be stamped on as follows ; ‘An tUsal Duignan ( or whatever surname) ar an Liosta Deas’ and child’s name at the bottom eg ó Briain.
IF there is sufficient space to include ‘Mo mhúinteoir’ At the top of the piece I will. But sometimes due to the lengths of our Gaelic surnames it would look too squashed.
Another option is to have the teachers name as Mr. Duignan, Ms. Dunne etc and not have Bean Uí or an tUasal.

Allow me to introduce myself. I’m a busy Mam of two living in the beautiful Hill of Down, Co Meath next to the Royal Canal Greenway. I’m a native of Edenderry, Offaly.
In my former career I had an undergraduate degree in Social studies and was studying for a degree in forensic psychology. Most of my career I spent managing a youth justice project supporting vulnerable teenagers.
However all of that changed when I took a career break to spend time with my young children. My outlook completely changed and my priorities did too. I have always been a creative soul and find pure joy in making with my own hands.
