Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to shipping to your location.
Cancellations, exchanges and returns: Accepted any time prior to delivery of the products to you the customer and for a period of 14 days after the delivery of the products to you.
Cancellation, exchanges and returns for personalised or custom ordered product: within 2 days of purchase before the item is shipped by Little Smunch Studio to the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs no later than 14 days after notifying Little Smunch Studio of your cancellation. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you cancel your order, Little Smunch Studio will refund to you the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. If you have not yet received your order, Little Smunch Studio will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge.
Little Smunch Studio shall reimburse you using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the Little Smunch Studio as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
