If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Aurora, please send it back to us in the same resalable condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs. All items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed. Aurora will accept returns on defective products if these are made within 12 months from the date of receipt. Please contact us before returning the item  including the following information: Your name and address and order number Item(s) to be returned, Reason for the return. It is possible to exchange the item for a different one upon arrival (e.g. if bracelet size is not fitting). Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference. Shipping costs are not refundable.
