Delivery up to 10kg fixed value of €6 (six) with tracking number will be provided.

All returned items must be in its original packaging and unused condition, with all original tags and sealed.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please send us an email to our customer service including the order number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your order.
REFUND PROCESS
After receiving the products back and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund on your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may take 1-3 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card/bank company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
