Yoga classes for all abilities and stages in life. My online classes are live and interactive, group size is small so that I can see, give feedback and interact with each participant as well as facilitate interaction amongst attendee. You can join from the comfort of your home, no expensive equipment is required, a quiet corner, a non slip mat, a couple of cushions and a blanket and you are good to go :-) In case of mobility restrictions that make it difficult to sit/lie down on the floor, we can also adapt some of the posture work so that it can be done from a chair. In my “Shop In Ireland” store you can purchase any of these options:

Once you purchase an ONLINE class/course, I will be in touch via phone or email to discuss the class schedule (I run several classes throughout the week, including weekends and I have several slots for one to one sessions too), once you choose the date/time of your class, I will send you a link to join the online session. Online classes take place on the “Zoom” platform, which can be accessed on mobile phones, laptops, PCs & tablets. There are no costs to users to use Zoom, you can check www.zoom.us for more details. Wi-Fi is recommended to participate in online classes but mobile data could be an option too (please check with your provider for internet speed/data costs).
