This touching plaque provides a heartfelt way to remember someone special who will never be forgotten. The white, polyresin plaque features a heart design, complete with ‘Special Mum’ decal in complementary red printed font, short sentiment in black font and festive design. It is finished with a red ribbon for hanging. The plaque is packaged in a plain kraft box.
