Butterfly Wellbeing Reflection Cards: A Beacon of Hope in Challenging Times
In the midst of life's storms, finding moments of solace and inspiration can feel like navigating through rough seas. That's why we've created the Butterfly Reflection Cards – a collection of beautifully crafted cards designed to be a guiding light during the darkest of times. These cards were created following my own challenges of losing my beautiful Sister Caroline in 2016 and my Mam and Husband in 2019. My hope is that they will provide some support and comfort to others. A % of each set sold goes to the hospice my late Husband had such good care in.

Hello, My name is Jenny and a warm welcome to Butterfly Wellbeing. I set up my own wee business back in 2015 after 20+ years working in in the area of social care. I now run Butterfly Wellbeing where I offer a variety of therapies. In particular around grief supports. As my own experiences of grief have profoundly impacted the way I choose to move forward. After my Sister Caroline died in 2016 and my Mam and Husband in 2019. I began to look at his journey we call life. I have always loved quotes and they have gotten me through some difficult moments. Roll on Covid-19 and the restrictions , which allowed me time to reflect and create my reflection cards for sale here , along with my other loves , quirky handbags and candles.
