Personalised Products
Due to the nature of our personalised products (such as engraved items or custom designs), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all personalisation details, including names, dates, spellings, and any special instructions before completing your order. Each product has a tab you must select to ensure you have double checked your product. This is to ensure that your item is crafted to your exact specifications.
Order Review & Cancellation
When placing an order for personalised products, you are required to confirm that you have double-checked all photos and spellings before submission. In addition, there is a cooling-off period before your order status is changed to "Processing." This gives you a short window to cancel or make changes to your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible, within 24 hours. Once your order status is marked as "Processing," we may no longer be able to cancel or amend it.
Returns for Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, we do accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their unused, resellable condition with original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g: incorrect item sent).
How to Return an Item:
