I recently purchased a beautiful necklace in memoriam of two losses I have recently experienced. Georgy made everything so easy for me, from start to finish she was such a pleasure to deal with. Georgy took such excellent care of my inclusions and only used what she needed, and returned everything to me, beautifully packaged up. This was so important to me because my pets fur was included and we wanted to keep as much as possible. Georgy was so empathetic and compassionate throughout the whole process, she listened to my experiences, and incorporated my visions perfectly. I am so glad I found Georgy and so happy with her beautiful creations, she was able to create a one of a kind that I will cherish forever. She has created a beautifully tangible way for me to carry my loved ones close to me, for that I am forever grateful. I ordered this ring and chose peridot birthstone. I love the results and am so happy with every step. Communication with Georgy was amazing, I was updated of every thing that happened and always got a quick and helpful rely. I recently purchased breastmilk jewellery as a keepsake. More specifically, a teardrop ring and earring set. I would highly recommend the pieces created by Georgy. They are really beautiful, unique items and you can clearly see the care that went into creating them. The presentation upon delivery was also fantastic. From contacting Georgy her advise and guidance throughout the process was top class, she maintained contact and ensured I was kept up to date on progress and got exactly what I wanted. Although I can not speak of the longevity of the items as I only have them a short period, they feel robust and include a 6 month warrantee which is excellent piece of mind. Georgy also agreed to send on pictures of my pieces being made which will be a welcome additional momento when they arrive. I am even considering purchasing an additional item which I think speaks volumes about the service.

I am besotted by Georgy and the beautiful keepsake teddy bear she has made for me. The whole journey with Georgy has been a pleasure, from the first message to the gorgeous packaging my keepsake arrived in. Georgy is so compassionate and is a great communicator - she listened to my story and incorporated features in the teddy bear so it told it's own story. She is so caring and I truly experienced this in the way my DNA samples where handled. The whole process is so easy. I am forever grateful to Georgy for her gift of happiness. I have highly recommended Georgy to my family and friends. Never have I experienced such a service like this.

Shop Policies
Return Policy
No return, no refund for your order due to the nature of the personalised made to order products and services. Turnaround time is between 2 weeks and 24 weeks with an average of 10-12 weeks please note that this turnaround time is an estimation exceeding a turnaround time does not entitle the buyer to compensation or to change or cancel the order.
Only clients based on the Republic of Ireland will receive an inclusions kit and size measurement kit, the international clients should message us to arrange how to send us the inclusions and correct ring/bracelet/necklace size.
Guidance and advice on caring for your jewellery and mementos are found on our Terms and Conditions they will also be sent to you with your order.
Failure to follow our Care Recommendations may result in your creation being damaged over time and / or fittings becoming detached. Repairs can be undertaken through prior arrangement with us. Refunds and returns All faults / damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your creation. If we receive no communication within 5 days then the keepsake is deemed to be with no problems. Each creation is handmade and although we will endeavour to replicate your purchase to the sample you chose, there will be slight differences in appearance. Please also note that the resin tinting of your creation may not always be exactly as it appears online. Each resin piece is hand crafted and possible air bubbles may be evident and colour could change in time. As each creation is your personal breastmilk or any other custom inclusion, we are unable to accept any refunds or offer any returns. We will be sending you pictures of your keepsake (if you enter your email address or contact us on messenger) to make sure that you are satisfied with your keepsake before being shipped to you. By sending us your breastmilk or inclusions that we will preserve you agree that we can store the remaining for up to 24 months in case we need them for repairing your creation or for further orders (except ashes, hair, fur, embryos which will be sent back to you with your creation). Please be aware that Angelic DNA Jewellery will only use your breastmilk preserved by us and will not send you any remaining preserved breastmilk. Angelic DNA Jewellery is not responsible for any losses or damages to your creation, irrespective of the age of it. Guidance on Caring for your creation is provided and as such, we cannot be held responsible for how you wear or use your creation, this includes necklace chains that break, jump rings that open and plating that wears off, shadow boxes, metal bookmarks and tassels.
Loss of inclusions during shipping
Angelic DNA Jewellery formally known as Keepsakes by Georgy requires not to ship all your inclusions you might have at home therefore in case your shipped inclusions get lost you should be able to ship more inclusions as refunds are not available at any stage after client's payment for a custom order also no refunds for vouchers bought from us. If the Item is damaged you can return the item to us by recorded tracked shipping and we will inspect and discuss options available. Please retain proof of postage. The client is responsible for presenting their correct ring size, we are unable to change their ring size once their order has been placed.
If there is a proof that Angelic DNA Jewellery is responsible for the damage on your order we will cover shipping fees both ways, if is not Angelic DNA Jewellery's fault for the damage then the client is responsible for the tracked shipping both ways and for the expenses that may occur to correct the damage of the keepsake in matter.
Warrantees
We offer 6 months warrantee on our items. This guarantee does not extend to damage caused by obvious misuse where our aftercare instructions are not followed or if the keepsake is lost or stolen or if the keepsake shadow boxes are dropped or damaged by physical forces, humidity or inadequate storage temperature. The guarantee does not cover jump rings that have opened, necklaces that have snapped or shadow boxes. Please note that we reserve the right to arrange an independent inspection of the goods. If they are found on inspection to not be faulty or as the result of fair wear and tear, negligence or wilful damage then we reserve the right to charge you for the inspection. If you wish to return the item please send it by recorded or special delivery and let us know when it is on its way. If it breaks after 6 months we will repair it for a nominal cost. Our total liability to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the goods. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect of consequential compensation arising out of the performance or non-performance of this contract.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy for Angelic DNA Jewellery formally known as Keepsakes by Georgy.
*International Shipping:*
- For international shipping, please note that custom fees may apply in certain countries when receiving parcels from Keepsakes by Georgy. Clients are responsible for paying these fees. Refusing to pay the fees may result in the parcel being returned to us. However, please be aware that no refund for the order or shipping is available from Keepsakes by Georgy in such cases.
*Returns for Repair:*
- When shipping your keepsake back to us for repair covered by our guarantee, Keepsakes by Georgy will cover both ways of tracked shipping.
- If the keepsake is not covered by our guarantee, the client is responsible for paying both ways of tracked shipping.
*Shipping Methods:*
- We ship all parcels with tracking and require a signature on receipt, except for the kits used to collect your inclusions.
An inclusions kit and ring sizer if needed will be shipped to all our clients in the Republic of Ireland, outside Ireland all clients should contact Keepsakes by Georgy to arrange shipping inclusions and ring size matters.
