1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We may request evidence, such as photographs, to assess the damage or defect.
1.2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We may require you to return the incorrect item before processing the correct one.
1.3. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Shipping Policy
Delivery & Shipment
Ireland & N.Ireland:
We offer Standard delivery on all orders in Ireland by REGISTERED AnPost/ DPD courier, shipping within 2-3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched next working day. If you urgently require an item, you may like call us ahead of placing your order to confirm a delivery timeframe.
Important note:
Delivery times are only approximate. Delays in delivery are beyond our control and we do appreciate your patience and understanding. At busy times of the year, such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, after bank holidays etc, delivery times can take longer due to high volumes of orders being processed by all shipping companies. It is advisable to place orders well in advance to allow for slower delivery at such times.
Please make sure you leave exact address for shipping, include phone number (with country/area code) for the courier.
We strongly advise you to contact us about last minute orders required for a particular near date so that we can confirm the order can be fulfilled and delivered by the required date.
