Hello! My name is Jessy, owner of Joelle's Products which emerged in the midst of the 2020 pandemic in Ireland as a hobby. As the world locked down, my patch to entrepreneurship unveiled itself. However, only in 2022 the company was established in Ireland.
As a company specializing in home fragrances products, our scents are inspired by the essences of Brazil and the breathtaking landscapes of Ireland, therefore activating olfactory memory and reliving moments through the senses.
The Company also operates in the Olfactory Marketing sector, creating and developing exclusive fragrances for companies that want their brand to generate even more connection with their customers through essences.
Our products are handcrafted and carefully curated to provide an olfactory experience of well-being, combining exclusive scents with eco-friendly and vegan ingredients. From labels to packaging, we care for recycling and reusability.

Shop Policies
Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.
As a consumer, you are under the consumer rights to change your mind without any reason, you have 14 calendar days after receiving the products to inform us of your decision and then return to us.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please let us know of your decision by sending us an email.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is required that you contact us before the end of the 14th day.

CONDITIONS
All returned items must be in its original packaging and unused condition, with all original tags and sealed.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please send us an email to our customer service including the order number.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your order.
REFUND PROCESS
After receiving the products back and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund on your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may take 1-3 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card/bank company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:

– Sales Products
DAMAGES OR DEFECTIVES
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediatelly if you identify any sign of damage or if the items were sent incorrectly.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy
Free Shipping:
We offer free tracked post on orders over €60. (Ireland only and Personalised items not included.)
Standard Shipping:
Delivery up to 10kg fixed value of €6 (six) with tracking number will be provided.
Shipping time usually 1-3 business days. Delivery time usually 2-3 business days, it can vary depending on the season.
