Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Myatta Jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return the original item, and we’ll send out the replacement once received. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings (including studs and hoops) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Custom or personalized orders are also non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
