Return Policy
All customers by law are entitled to a 14 day cancellation policy. If an error occurs on this end or your parcel arrives damaged and the damage is reported with pictures within 24hours, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged. Please ensure all spellings and details are correct at time of ordering as changes cannot be made once the order is finalised. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged
