Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Each item is custom-made to order, ensuring it’s uniquely crafted just for you. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a defect or error, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, with processing times ranging from 1-5 working days depending on the item.
For deliveries within Ireland, we use An Post, with an estimated shipping time of 1-3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep you updated on its journey.
