After studying art at school, I didn't paint again until 2013 when my partner and I decided that we would move to West Cork to be closer to his family. Once here, it didn’t take long for me to feel completely at home. With the beauty and vibrant colours of West Cork surrounding me, the urge to paint took hold once again. I am a self taught artist. I love subtlety of colour, tone & texture & primarily use acrylics, watercolour & chalk pastels. The landscape, seascape & wildlife of West Cork are truly breathtaking and the inspiration for my work.

I'm a social care worker by profession and I work with youth in mainstream residential care. However,  I have always been a creative soul too so my clay work is how I like to explore that . Cuige Coins and Crafts

I have collected coins for some time and have had an interest in coins since I was a child. I now share that interest with my own children. I began to think of ways to give new life to old coins that are not of significant interest to collectors. Coins that have a high mintage and therefore are of less interest to collectors. I made myself a keyring from one of my favourite of these types of coins (the pre decimal half crown) in 2022 and from there it began. Others asked me to make key rings from coins that they like and I started to make keyrings as a hobby. I started making pieces of jewellery with coins and continue to try and think of different ways to create with vintage coins to give them new life and keep part of our history alive. In 2024 I started working with silver and copper clay. All of my hand made fine silver jewellery is made with 999 fine silver clay. I also use copper clay to sculpt some of the copper pieces. Both types of clay are 100% recycled material. I then started making handmade jewellery using recycled 925 silver and copper.

Welcome to my world of creativity! My name is Jacinta Callaghan, and I am delighted to share a glimpse of my journey with you. Nestled in the picturesque village of Kerrykeel, Co Donegal, I thrive in an environment that fuels my passion for both hairdressing and art. For as long as I can remember, I have been captivated by the world of art. From drawing and painting to knitting, crocheting, sewing, baking, and cooking, creativity has always been at the heart of my life. Over the years, this passion has only grown stronger, allowing me to explore and master various artistic mediums. The lockdown period two years ago was a pivotal time for me. It offered me the precious gift of time—time to dive deeper into my artistic pursuits and create a unique line of merchandise. During this period, I also ventured into the beautiful landscapes around me, capturing moments with my camera that would later inspire my paintings. While I enjoy working with watercolours and acrylics, my heart now belongs to oil painting. I am thrilled to dedicate my Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays entirely to my art. These days are filled with the joy of painting and designing a variety of merchandise. My artworks have found their way onto mugs, chopping boards, coasters, slate, cushions, key rings, and baubles, each piece reflecting a part of my creative journey. From Thursday to Saturday, I return to my other passion—hairdressing. In my salon, I embrace the opportunity to connect with my clients, bringing out their best through the art of hairdressing. This balance between art and hairdressing allows me to enjoy the best of both worlds, enriching my life with diverse forms of creativity. Thank you for visiting my page. Lady Iveagh Artisian Flower Farm

Hi guys. A quick introduction, my name is Michelle and I started a flower farm in Tipperary in April 2021. I started growing flowers for sale in my large garden in Kilkenny throughout lock down. I had my daughter in October 2019 just before covid hit and being isolated from all of my family who live in Tipperary was incredibly tough. In April we got word of a house available in the village where my family all live and so we packed up thousands of plants and moved the farm to Kilcash on the slopes of Slievenamon where we have been working hard all Summer. We specialize in dried flowers and dried flower products and i would be hugely grateful if you could check out our products!

I like making jewellery, especially earrings, always looking to create a different look; I particularly love to feature re-worked, pre-loved, upcycled pieces.  I love fabrics and have made some bags, decorated with lots of different textiles and images; I fashion glasses cases from felt, lined with various fabrics, including silks; I like to knit sometimes; sometimes I like to paint in acrylics.  Ultimately, I tend to go wherever the creativity takes me; I look forward to featuring various items in my shop.
